Best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the clean rooms and the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were well-maintained and super clean, made for a comfortable stay. The staff members were always ready to assist and were really nice too ensure a pleasant experience. the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near key attractions and easily accessible via public transportation.
Worst aspects of my stay at this hotel were the lack of dining options and the small room size. The hotel did not have a restaurant, only a bar/cafe area offering light meals, which limited dining choices.

A wonderful welcome at the door followed by excellent reception advice on nearby dining options. The breakfast was fabulous with a good selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, and a chocolate fountain. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this venue. It is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around using the nearby metro station. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, such as a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help us with anything we needed, including recommending nearby restaurants and arranging car hire.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was amazing, with the Avenida Metro station just next door and the classy Avenida de Libertade within walking distance. The hotel was also situated in a nice and quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the beautifully updated hotel with comfortable rooms and newly renovated bathrooms. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the location was excellent for accessing downtown Lisbon. Parking was available close by, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast provided had a good variety of choices and was regularly replenished.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

The hotel was located in a central area making it easy to navigate to popular spots such as the waterfront and bus station. The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options and coffee and tea were available all day. The rooms were clean and towels were plentiful.
The hotel's wifi was slow at times.
